The management is old fashion, and the product is misleading internal teams as well as spamming their customer. The funny thing is the management doesn't care and pays "zero effect" to prevent their branding from getting worsen. Many weird internal practices that you don't see in other companies. Cross teams never talk with each other at all and best of all most of the computers there are all non-license programs (MS office, etc) and prehistoric hardware (I was using Intel Pentium back in 1992)
