1. I have never seen such IT support team in my career. They are arrogant. Need to raise ticket for everything and standard SLA time for ticket resolution is 10 days. IT support team in ZF ITC feels like they are the CEO of the company. They do not respond to your emails. 2. Need to sign a bond for even 2 weeks of business travel 3. 9.5 hours of working per day 4. All managers are from service based companies. They are operating the teams as service providers. 5. Working culture is very bad 6. No proper policies. After 1.5 years of establishment, they still say that they establishing policies. 7. Need to sign a register. Still no swiping. 8. Finance teams do not settle bills on time. 9. Deducts the tax on per diem of business travel.
