ZOO is easily the best place I’ve worked in terms of atmosphere and work culture. While support is always there if needed, employees are able to work efficiently by managing their own workloads. The team clearly care about and are invested in the work they do – and there is no 'micro-management' as everyone is trusted to get on with their work professionally.
