      Opportunity to work on interesting projects.

      Minpunten

      Persistent payment delays, lack of transparency, poor communication, unprofessional handling of payroll, disrespect for freelancers' time. I subtitled a series for them in February and still haven’t been paid, with excuses about payment system issues. This seems to be a recurring problem. I will not accept further work from ZOO Digital and caution others to demand upfront terms.

      Zoo excels at providing flexible hours, remote work, good management, and efficient proprietary systems/platforms. I feel sufficiently supported when I work here. It's a nice place to work if you can land a job here.

      Minpunten

      Industry disruptions have caused uncertainty in its future and Zoo is, unfortunately, not immune from that. Also, pay is not that great.
