Poor communication, some members of senior management are very controlling and not open to ideas that are not their own, no where to advance within company.

They have great medical benefits. The work itself is really chill if you have no problem working with samples and repetitive work.

Minpunten

There is no upward mobility. it is hard to get a straight answer on anything. Policies change on a whim and never communicated, this causes lots of confusion an inconsistency.
