Pluspunten
Great colleagues and great culture. Smart people who are still down to earth. Casual dress code - people roaming around in jeans and T shirts for the most part. Flat organizational structure with everyone (including partners) wearing every hat as needed. Everyone is respectful of each other regardless of tenure & position. No up or out policy really. Very reasonable hours by consulting standards with 50-55 hour weeks being the norm. Very little travel required - great for those with families & a hatred of hotel beds!
Minpunten
A bit miserly with the bonuses and pay increases though starting package is decent. Project types may get repetitive if active effort not placed to gain a diversity of experience. Firm is going through some growing pains as it is expanding rapidly.
