Minpunten
Most, if not all, senior managers in the company are Chinese. Not enough American workers, engineers, Program Managers. Nice people, but after more than 10 years operating in the US, one would expect an almost complete transition to local management, US nationals, or US born Chinese individuals. Even at non-business critical level, there is a strong presence of Chinese nationals. The culture shock slows growth. The lack of knowledge of local business practices hurts the company, they rely strongly on sub-contracting labor. High uncertainty, no job security if you're new to the game.
