Everyone who works at Zapp works hard to achieve the company goals and there is an inclusive and diverse culture amongst junior and mid level staff The product that has been developed, both in terms of system and catalogue is fantastic, and really tries to stand apart from other players in the grocery world!
Minpunten
The company is run in a very opaque manner, there is a lack of transparency as to how the company is doing financially and recent redundancies have been handled poorly, with further lack of visibility and poor excuses from founders as to the decisions they have made. Pay rises and promotions are also not handled fairly, with different reasons and rules being used as an excuse across different teams.
