We operate an office-first policy for our central team as we believe this is best for efficient collaboration and learning, especially for an operationally heavy company like Zapp with our multi store network, distribution centre and HQ. However, employees, including leadership, sometimes work in other locations – including store visits, meeting our retail partners and investors and at conferences and industry events; this is typical of most companies in the tech space. More generally, we strive to support our employees’ development and foster a positive environment, and we’re sorry to hear your experience did not always reflect this.
