1. Small Company you wont see a Glass building from outside but inside its a professional environment like any other company. 2. 3 years mandatory bond for trainees, i feel it should be increased to 4 years as lot of trainees when they start to become useful leave the company. It take lot of efforts to train people and when they become useful they leave. 3. Alternate Saturdays working.
