Pluspunten
When I joined ZU, I had the pleasure of working with some amazing and knowledgeable professors. During my tenure, I thought ZU was the best place for any aspiring academician ( how wrong was I). I met and taught some hardworking students. I feel sorry for them. They should definitely find a “real” university to study because ZU is literally an illusion.
Minpunten
-Every year, ZU is moving backward unfortunately. This was a vibrant place, now, it’s 1984. All the professionals have left or will be leaving soon. The only way to survive at ZU now is to do “nothing” because most hardworking people were either let go or fired for doing their job. Academia should be an environment of asking, seeking and mutual dialogues. But at ZU now, thinking is a crime. Asking is a crime. No one will stand up for you because people fear losing their job. Doesn’t matter what your job title is, you are nothing but a slave at this stage. Just listen, nod and smile. Your knowledge and experience are not valued or needed, all they want is absolute control of your mind.
