A torrent of Z branding sludge—slogans, alliteration, and manufactured optimism—pushed by ideological true believers who worship “forward thinking” yet instinctively smother any idea that wasn’t pre-approved by the hive mind. The C-suite is a hall of mirrors: polished, evasive, and fundamentally hollow. Leadership is cosplay. Disagreement is treated as heresy, and questioning incompetence is a career-ending offense. Promise training. Accept disclosed skill gaps. Preach empathy. Then terminate them while showing evidence for remediation. Empathy is a performance. Agile is a shield. Challenge nothing. Fix nothing. Say the words. Buy the tools. Blame the people. This isn’t failure—it’s design.

Within our division there's excellent autonomy. People are trusted to take ownership of their plate. IDK about the other divisions but we sure Get S*** Done. (Great company value btw).
