A lot of meetings, not much training for all of the detailed work your expected to do, the system the us is difficult as hell and to me plan ole unnecessary.

Within our division there's excellent autonomy. People are trusted to take ownership of their plate. IDK about the other divisions but we sure Get S*** Done. (Great company value btw).
