Quick burn out, lack of training, upset clients, no accountable from management, too many meeting, not enough support and resources for new hires. Expectations for new hires are way to high. Feel like i am being set up to fail. Crap show of a place to work. No one listens to your concerns and will get in trouble once the client Expectations are meet which seems impossible.

Within our division there's excellent autonomy. People are trusted to take ownership of their plate. IDK about the other divisions but we sure Get S*** Done. (Great company value btw).
