Minpunten
The biggest con is that Zen3 Infosolutions does not provide healthcare benefits. Despite having more than 50 full time employees, employees are forced to sign a document stating that they are voluntarily forgoing their healthcare benefits, which violates the ACA. However, employees are still eligible for a 401k... Furthermore, Zen3 was often late on payments and often tried to find ways to not pay employees. They frequently underpaid and attempted to cut paychecks. If an employee complained about this to management, as a retaliation for complaining they cut employee hours. Management is very unfriendly. Little training is provided and employees are blames for any and all issues. This range from servers not working, applications not loading, teams not working correctly. Anything internal and run by Zen3 was some how the employee's fault.
