Pluspunten
ZenHub just received a big round of funding, so the team is growing quite rapidly. There are a lot of exciting things to be worked on right now, so it's an ideal time to get into the company and help it transform! The entire team is friendly, helpful, and supportive. The leadership team clearly values everyone's areas of expertise and empowers you to make decisions and step up, as long as you can tie it back to business value. The benefits are pretty good, although fairly standard in the tech space: cell plan reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, unlimited vacation, health benefits, wfh allowance (for internet and home office expenses), flexible remote work policy when the office opens back up, beautiful dog-friendly office, and more! ZenHub is in a challenging space, but has massive potential to change the game.
Minpunten
None that I've seen so far about the working environment. Typical pains of a start-up (lack of process and systems), but that also allows the team to move quickly and get things done. The benefits package could be a bit stronger to attract top talent. Would benefit from a bonus structure (doesn't exist yet), maybe higher allowances for Health Benefits (currently mental health only $500 - imo this isn't enough if you believe in prioritizing mental health).
