Too many projects that end up as a failure due to various reasons. - When something goes wrong or you need some help, in most cases you won’t receive any support from the management as there’s a “that’s not my problem, go ask person X” mindset. - Some clients are really good, however you can end up working for a client that makes you feel like you’re a slave. For example: Zenitech promises you flexible working hours, however your client can schedule meetings after your working hours (17:00) and you must attend them no matter what. No one cares if you have a docs appointment or kids that need to be picked up from kindergarden. And you will receive zero support from Zenitech as well, because you will have to work according to whatever was agreed between Zenitech and the client. Lots of talk and no actions. - Lack of challenges. - Thoughtless hiring - they hire people, then struggle to find work for them so these employees are fired. - Hard to propose ideas to the UK management, the process is tiresome and most of the times when reaching out to people on Slack, “seen” and silence is all you will receive.
