Not helpful when it comes to issue with “Clients”. All they think about us money. My bonus got cut off and they dont even bother to assists. Your well-being will be put aside. Takes a very long time to reply to you. No proper clarification or whatsoever. Honestly one of the worst company ive ever work in. No work life balance at all. Client ask to work on both weekends, not even in the contract, agents dont bother to help.
