Opportunity to learn. If you are a good learner and keep positive attitude then you can get it everywhere and if you not then you cannot get it anywhere.
Minpunten
1. Almost 0 work life balance. 2. You will have to beg for leaves and you will get only half of actual needed leaves, that too after so much headache of handover and back up creation. 3. Around 40% of employees did not got the experience letter after resigning. 4. Around 80% of employees did not got the notice period (3 months) salary. And 20% employees managed to get salary by tricks and making management fool with family reason or further study reason for leaving. You can not leave with dignity if you are leaving for further personal growth or any other aspirations. 5. CEO and management is very unethical. 6. Too much politics. You will realize this after 2 3 years. And it would be too late then. 7. They will keep 10% of salary variable if your salary is more than 5 lacs, which you are supposed to get at the end of the year but it will be deducted a lot with xyz reason during year end.
