There are so many positive things going on at BSH. First, our main goal is to improve peoples life and health for the better. What a goal. On top of that, this fast-paced, high-performing team has no ego involved whatsoever. I couldn't ask for better co-workers and management to be in this organization with. Working remote, specifically during Covid can make things lonely, and it will take longer to get to know (and to stay in touch) with your co-workers. Would love to the company offering a 401k match.
