      - The two founders don't have clarity amongst themselves - You are expected to ramp up sales within a month of joining. If there is any blip, the founder loses temperament and takes knee jerk actions - The systems are shoddy, there is no proper workflow or any process - You will be fired overnight - The product is extremely defective - You will have no peace of mind - There is a lot of questions on org structure. There is a Singapore org, and then there is an Indian entity.
