If you have questions ask, and they will be answered. People shouldn’t have to base their willingness to work and learn off of a few bad nuts. Stick to your own work ethics and use this place as a practice ground to better your skills. I hear a lot of people whining, but at least if you get the job done for yourself you’ll find self worth here that you can later on take anywhere.

-Lack of Comminication Between Departments -Progam Management and Planning Wait Until the Last Minute to Get Customer Shipments Out Which Causes High Levels of Stress. -Program Management Makes Near Impossible Promises to the Customer and Puts Them on Other Departments Shoulders to Carry Out. -Pay doesn’t match the output that is demanded by the company, but I guess the benifits make up for some of it.
