It supports employees during hard times and puts a lot of efforts to build the atmosphere of one family across the company. You can find different modern international projects with challenging tasks , get help in growing your carrier and be fairly rewarded for your achievements.

Minpunten

sometimes it's hard to find a place in another project inside the company for an employee after being dismissed.

no salary increase (not even inflation rate) timezone difference with clients can be an issue
