Everything! The company culture is atrocious. There are 20+ C-Suite executives and they all micromanage, which creates a culture where quantity is massively prioritized over quality of work. Checking the box that a task/project is complete is far more important than thinking strategically and doing work that will benefit our customers and/or internal users. The C-suite also scrutinizes how much PTO each employ takes (regardless of the quality of work you produce or the number of hours per week you typically work.) Everyone is expected to work well over 40 hours per week, since teams are dramatically understaffed, and PTO is heavily discouraged. (You are required to deliver the same amount of work, if you take time off, so you can never take more than 1-2 days in a row.) The benefits are the worst I've come across in tech (ex: you have to accrue sick time, the health insurance is off-brand BCBS and it's hard to find in-network doctors.)
