We're sorry to hear that your experience at zooplus hasn't fully met your expectations, particularly regarding management practices, equality, and work pressure. As part of our ongoing transformation, we’ve been working to address some of these very concerns. For example, we’ve introduced new initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive and supportive environment, including open Q&A sessions with our Executive Committee and regular feedback through bi-weekly surveys.
We understand that micromanagement and perceived inequalities can be particularly frustrating, and we’re actively working on fostering a more transparent and fair workplace. We've also implemented training programs for our managers to ensure that everyone’s voice is heard, and that leadership practices are aligned with our core values of inclusivity and respect.
Regarding work pressure, our goal is to help our team manage their workloads effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We've been setting SMART goals to provide more clarity and ensure that priorities are well-communicated across all levels of the organization.
We know there’s more work to do, and your feedback is a vital part of our improvement process. We’re committed to making zooplus a place where everyone feels valued and supported, both professionally and personally.
