Reviews praising the company's benefits seem disconnected from reality, as the benefits offered are below industry standards and fail to meet employees' expectations. This highlights a lack of genuine investment in employee satisfaction and well-being.
• Work Environment: The office lacks basic cleanliness and maintenance. It's common to encounter pests in the cafeteria, uncleaned toilets, and broken furniture. These conditions are unacceptable for any workplace.
