Pay is embarrassingly low. Zywave is growing faster than they can handle but they’re also stuck in the old days when it comes to benefits. Sure you get insurance and good PTO but there’s no fun perks besides their “office fun days” which no one really goes to. Upper management isn’t friendly and has all changed up over the last 6 months.

The company has gone through a leadership change over the past two years and it shows — the strategy makes sense now and people actually believe in it. The people here are great and willing to help, which makes a big difference. If you want to grow and take on more, the opportunity is there.

The product portfolio is broad and priorities can shift quickly — if you need a predictable environment this probably isn't the right fit. The pace is fast and you have to be comfortable with that.
