They don’t support anyone, they only care about they’re interests not the employees. They are disorganised, heartless, ignorant, arrogant, obnoxious and they generally don’t care about anyone apart from themselves. My advice to anyone is don’t join as you won’t be supported. In addition if anything were to go wrong and you were on shift, they’d hang you out to dry and they wouldn’t give a monkeys. The fact is they’re under staffed and they expect the employees to constantly cover for them and pressure them into taking countless shifts. They don’t listen and don’t say anything supportive to anyone. They all live in a perfect world where they think everything’s pink and fluffy and perfect when the opposite is true. Last point is that they’ll contradict themselves and are probably the worst company to work for. They also just sap the energy from you and they will overwork you to the point that you have a nervous break down.
