This place runs a playground, with no guidelines, vision or maturity of high management.
They are only looking for yes men, with no option for a feedback, even if they working with guy feeling protocols, and no sense of responsibility for they employees none so ever.
They fire 4!! Development managers this year and don't have a first clue of how to run a company, as they have zero experience.
Also brought protocols consultant and organization consultant, and just ignored they advised.
