Senior figures are given privileges such as exclusive access to certain entrances, reinforcing a "them vs. us" culture. The company seems increasingly hierarchical and out of touch with its workforce. Leadership lacks transparency and often reflects personal political ideologies publicly, including support for divisive figures — something that filters down into the workplace culture, whether intentionally or not. Overall, while Allpay may pay adequately for entry to mid-level roles, the lack of flexibility, benefits, communication, and respect for staff makes it a difficult place to grow or feel valued.
