Minpunten

constante verandering, management wisselt vrij vaak, bedrijf heeft een omvang in de branche waardoor het een fusie- of overnamekandidaat is die tot een drastische verandering kan leiden.

In 2015 groeiden onze inkomsten met 34% tot 691,4 miljoen dollar en ons team groeide met meer dan 300 mensen tot 2.100 medewerkers, wat van ams een zeer snelgroeiend bedrijf maakt. In zo'n dynamische omgeving is continue verandering en organisatieontwikkeling vaak noodzakelijk en de sleutel tot ons succes. Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
