Beste oud-medewerker, Bedankt voor je review. We zijn erg trots op onze medewerkers en de geweldige teamgeest bij ams. We bieden al onze medewerkers een uitgebreide trainingscatalogus met een verscheidenheid aan trainingen die ze kunnen volgen. Omdat ams de afgelopen jaren enorm is gegroeid en in de toekomst zal blijven groeien, is onze bedrijfsstructuur complexer geworden. Ook de integratie van OSRAM is een complex proces en we doen ons best om continu met onze medewerkers te communiceren om ze op de hoogte te houden. Met betrekking tot ons promotieproces kunt u gedetailleerde informatie hierover vinden op ons ams-intranet of u kunt onze HR-specialisten om advies vragen. Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
