Full of Cons, all control and decisions are thru Top Management sitting in APAC or Germany, specially in India this company is full of Oldies who have a spend almost a decade in this company and dont want to go anywere therefore they dnt want to work , Pathetic HR policies, No Training , No Appraisal Policies , Life is totally Hell here Never ever even think of Joining this company specially in India , Its a SINKING SHIP Now a days

Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
