Pluspunten
Six months ago this was a miserable place to work in spite of an amazing drug, strong pipeline, very good compensation potential, and a lot of smart motivated people. I’ve never seen a company take charge of cultural issues and work so hard to turn around a negative environment. We will see how committed they are to these changes but they’ve minimized metrics and are working to share info we have been asking for since launch. I’ve gone from feeling like I needed to leave to being very happy to be here. It may not feel directive enough for some who like to be told exactly what to do but it’s a real positive if you have an entrepreneurial mindset. I’ve done a 180 on working here and would now strongly recommend argenx. It feels like we are building something different and great here.

Some normal startup issues - benefits aren’t great, no car, poor 401k match, no ESPP. Hopefully moving in the right direction as we grow.
