Leadership has changed more than 5 times in the past 3 years.... usually by surprise. Only engineers get respect. A lot of people have to put aside their ethics if they want to work. The design group isn't busy. There is always anxiety that bb7 will go bankrupt and we'll all be out of work. There's dead weight directors.
