The employees are amazing. Honestly they are top notch and work very hard. Too hard for the way they are treated.
Minpunten
The owners fly by the seat of their pants. Things are always changing and not in a good way. Can't make decisions. Or make them but then change their mind on a dime. Sent out an email for the employees to leave good reviews. Do not buy that. This is not a growing or flourishing company. The people saying chew and spit you out are dead on. The leaders are constantly in meetings, you can't get what you need because they are always in some office or conference room. I've never seen so many meetings. Yes you can take your dog to work. Yes the view is great. The company is horrific and i've never worked somewhere worse in my life. Dont get yourself caught in their trap. Run the opposite direction. Oh and that other person was right. Sometimes the clients are lucky that anyone showed up at their wedding to take video. It's crazy.
