      some knowledge gained through self learning but overall no pros

      Extremely high attrition. Most teams are constantly rebuilding because experienced people keep leaving. Practically no structured knowledge transfer or mentorship, so new employees are left figuring things out themselves. Employees are expected to deliver work quickly, yet approvals and reviews take far longer than the actual work itself. Policies sound employee friendly externally, but in reality they rarely help when needed. Poor communication, little transparency, and very low empathy from management. Company image from the outside is far better than the day to day experience internally. Would strongly suggest exploring other options before joining.

      The fact that you learn something new and tangible every day should make the experience worthwhile for anyone who is here for a short time or long term commitment. cKinetics is really best in class when it comes to giving its employees the freedom to work on new ideas, show entrepreneurship and lead assignments that they would usually never get a chance to in typical mainstream companies out there. The most important part, I think, is that there is opportunity here to actually make an impact not just follow a set-in-stone job description.

      Well, you just have to be prepared to give it your all...be prepared to work doubly hard. And ofcourse, be prepared to work in a fairly ambiguous environment since there is rapid growth happening
