Pluspunten
cPanel has a very relaxed atmosphere and culture. There is room for growth and they like to promote from within. I have been with cPanel for 4 years and have had 2 promotions, along with proper pay raises in that time. In each position I have worked for this company, I have had a high degree of freedom. I have not been micromanaged, but at the same time, I have always been able to find help if stuck on a particular task. No being left to twist in the wind. The CEO and upper management really seem to care about the employees and their well being. The pay is not the highest, but is appropriate for the experience level and position. I would say it falls in the middle of the pack in wages/salary. On top of that, lunch is catered for all shifts, every day, and from better places than I would probably choose to eat at, if I was paying for my lunch out of pocket. They also provide full benefits, bonuses and other perks. The total package is hard to beat.
Minpunten
It is really difficult for me to think of cons about cPanel. Honestly the things that do bug me are minor and would be to many, pros in some respects. For example cPanel allows small dogs in the office under certain conditions. One of which is they be quiet, which they are not always, and the subsequent noise can be a distraction when working on a complex problem.
