In the time that passed between your two reviews, we have witnessed clovio’s team doubling with existing team members staying on board for seven years or more, and new members being onboarded.
The growth of clovio is supported by team members receiving promotions and becoming managers of a team. They are assisted in HR related matters, with guidance from both management and through external training. The friendliness and support of our team members is a result of our inclusive company culture where efforts are being rewarded. As a remote-first company, we feel it’s important that our entire team contributes to the writing of our internal processes. This means that everyone’s on the same page and can guide each other in the best way possible.
We indeed offer great flexibility as this is how we achieve optimal creativity for the audiences of our media brands to enjoy. With this freedom comes the responsibility of making the most of the time we all commit to clovio. The use of our time and activity tracking app facilitates this flexibility and freedom. clovions can dedicate their time to tasks and projects as required. When there isn’t progress on tasks and projects, we are inclined to look into this with the team member to ensure that we understand the challenges faced and can help the employee accomplish their goals .
