      Honest marketing. Transparent with rates - you know how much client and vendor is billed vs how much you're getting. Yearly raise if you do well. Transparent with visa and GC processing. Competent immigration team with in-house lawyer. Good pay with good benefits. Always pay on time. Friendly recruiters and managers.

      Minpunten

      Immigration department needs a lot of pushing when it's time to file for GC. They promised to start GC on first day but it ended up starting a year later. Once you are on project, they couldn't care less about finding you another one if you are unhappy in current role. No 401k matching.

      Circa 2019 (fix your dropdowns Glassdoor): Great pay, friendly team of professionals that was looking out for my best interests to set me up for success and level-up my career when I was in the interviewing and hiring stage.

      Minpunten

      They put forth ZERO effort to set-up a new role for me as the contract was winding-down. After the project ended, they did not follow-up with me to see what I might want to do next. I was nicely-compensated and it was an invaluable career experience for my achievements portfolio, but I ultimately felt discarded at the end of that contract. In fairness, the timetable lines-up in the ramp-up right before the pandemic.
