      - They do somewhat give you stuff to work on that is sort of related to intern position - The boss is pretty cool, interesting guy

      Minpunten

      - Feels like entire company is built by unpaid interns from the ground up - No organization in terms of work at all - Boss gets irritated if you ask for clarification, often times feels belittling - Switches up the project/task you’re working on constantly, scraps what you’re doing if he doesn’t like it or if you don’t do it in their set amount of time (which they don’t mention). - constantly texts on off times that you’ve stated

      Easy to get some experience in the field that you want as there are many roles to be filled here. Easy to get the job since it's an unpaid internship and you get paid with experience.

      Minpunten

      The work environment is unorganized and hectic. Files get lost all the time simply because there are no organizations. You will have to figure things out on your own a lot of the time. The CEO is impatient and will often yell at you for not completing your task the way that he wanted.
