- The DA community is so unique and eclectic. There's so much creativity. You never know what you're going to see next . Some things are very incredible, some things are very cringe. But you learn to love it.
- There are some folks in the building who have been with DA since day one and really care for the community and have its best interest in mind.
- There are a lot of young and aspiring artists on DA who are really appreciative of the work you do. You feel like the work you're doing matters.

- It can't all be sunshine and rainbows. The website needs to make money, so sometimes they can make decisions that alienate the community, but help keep the lights on.
