In this company, only those with connections survive. The big money goes to a few people, while analysts are given crumbs. They demand unpaid overtime, give no raises, and engage in bullying, firing anyone who dares to speak the truth about the rot inside the company. The only ones who survive there are those with connections. It’s the most toxic environment I’ve ever seen in my life. They also fire anyone they simply don’t like.
