No Response from HR/Management: Multiple emails and messages requesting relieving letter and FNF details were ignored, showing poor communication and disregard for basic employee rights. Relieving Letter Denied: HR falsely claimed that issuing a relieving letter is a “favour,” which reflects a serious lack of understanding of standard HR practices. Unethical Behavior: When professionally following up, the employee was wrongly accused of “threatening,” instead of being supported or heard. Mental Stress and Career Impact: Lack of proper documentation has directly affected future employment opportunities, causing unnecessary stress post-exit.
