Great culture where employees can be themselves- Steve gets that employees need to have the right culture to be successful and he provides that. Always a great team to work with and opportunity to learn different aspects of the business. All this translates to a great buying experience for the customer.

Business model has changed a bit since I left but its the best dealership to work for. Honestly cannot think of any cons.
