Work location takes longer to reach from the main gate, you will feel fed up when you’re travelling in public transport No hybrid or wfh and no flexibility All the teams do micromanagement Lots of pressure No hikes given for the past few years for ppl working there but recruiting new ppl with high salary But after joining, there will be no hike Learnings will end up in just one yr Few leads have no project management skills and ask you to develop everything in one night without finalised requirement HRs seem nice but not everyone 90 days notice period Getting permission for planned leave is very hard Almost everyone there is putting paper or in notice period
