Minpunten
My Honest Feedback on Working in eClerx. To be honest, my experience started off okay with the interview, but things went downhill fast. Right from the start, I was stuck waiting an hour and a half just to get a pass to enter the building, which told me a lot about how they handle things. The real issue is the culture. It feels very toxic. They have zero respect for your health—if you’re sick, they still pressure you to show up. Even if you’re clearly unwell, they’ll book a cab for you but then take the cost out of your own salary. On top of that, even if you put in some work while feeling bad, they will deduct your bucket leave and consider as full day of paid leave. There is no sick leave. It’s a place where you’ll rarely see any actual growth. The worst part, though, was the exit. They have this habit of "losing" your attendance on your last day just to avoid paying you. Their attendance machines are glitchy, and even though there are cameras everywhere, they refuse to check them to prove you were there. They just blame you and deduct your pay. They’ve done this to almost everyone who left in the same month when I left, banking on the fact that we’re moving on to better jobs and won't put up a fight for the money we earned. It’s just not a professional or honest way to treat people. The Main Points: Zero Empathy: Pressuring sick employees and making them pay for their own "emergency" transport. Bad Management: Using faulty attendance tech as an excuse to withhold pay. Unfair Exits: Systematically deducting the final day's pay and some leave encashment from departing staff.
