Highest level of unprofessionalism and disarray in organisation hierarchy, it's a circus show except there are no humans, just a show ran by animals.
Looking for a place to build a fully fledged social media application in month ? Not here, they do it within a week. Then NOT pay the Devs because obviously the job was not well done.
Over promise and not deliver one ? look further no more.
Something will ALWAYS come up at the end of the month, before pay day. "Something" could be an internal memo asking you to fill some form stating your previous employer irrespective of the fact that you've been working for over 6 months, or get your great grand father's signature before getting paid.
