Health and Wellness committee that puts on healthy competitions and offers lots of information on healthier eating options. Collaborative, teamwork based environment. Learning skills that will become more and more relevant as retail seems to keep moving toward online related sales. It seems that having this type of training/ job opportunity will really pay off in the long run. Yearly pig roast and yearly chili cook off

The people on the floor are the best thing about it. Lots to learn.

They will take complete advantage of any worker they can to save a buck or make themselves look good. Very poor communication, throughout the whole establishment. Human Resource personel is two faced and should not be in that position. They have supervisors that can't handle a 5 man team running their depts.
