- All the 5 stars reviews with 1 or 2 liners are fake, they make the new GTT kids to write it and also paid outsider to do. That's very unethical and do not believe it. - The company is 20+ years old and missed the big windows of opportunity with terrible products, designs, expensive and bad management. It won't last for another few years at this rate of burning money for nothing. - Nepotism is also a plague here. The Marketing product design is CEO's wife, VP of market, professional services, product management are all CEO's relatives. Now you see why other company's logo is rocket, and eGain's logo is a bicycle, it's slow as hell. - Engineering is stuck behind for about 5 years. The tech is outdated, expensive, cumbersome and very bad design. No common sense was used. - Sales are just bringing in penny deals, big customers are leaving in waves. - No HR person from the US, they just outsourced it and nobody knows about the laws here in US. - Facility is terrible, ugly office design and color, by you guess it, VP of Marketing who designed the product UI. - This is the only tech company that you'll see having vending machine for snack and drinks, and they're super pricey like in theme park. They can't even buy employees lunch or dinner when employees have to work through it. They're so cheap! - They underpaid you a lot compare to the market. Won't give you any opportunity to advance or getting a raise unless you get another job offer. - Good people are leaving, you have a bunch of fresh of college kids who have no idea what to do, wearing shorts and pj straight out of bed to work. Do not join if you want to get lost too.
